Synopsis:
Şaban, a factory laborer, is fired after asking for a raise. Despite searching for a new job for a long time, he remains unsuccessful. His wife Necla suggests that women have an easier time finding employment, leading the couple to make a bet. The next day, Necla begins working as a secretary, and with this, the roles within their family of four start to shift at home. But this reversal negatively upends their marriage dynamics.
