Although Adviye looks like a grumpy old woman who makes life difficult for her children, she is the beloved grandmother of her grandson Barış. While Adviye, a retired teacher, moves from one child's house to another every two months, she has her traditional plane tree gatherings, which only Barış looks forward to.
